At Blue Chic SA, we strive to provide high-quality fashion that our customers love. If you're not
completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following
conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days (South Africa) and 21 days
(International orders) from the delivery date.
• Refunds apply only to defective or incorrect items. Otherwise, store credit or
exchanges will be offered.
2. Refund & Exchange Process
Local (South Africa) Orders:
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned
item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (if eligible) or via store credit.
International Orders:
• Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items due to high shipping costs.
• Exchanges are accepted, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance purposes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Swimwear, lingerie, and undergarments
• Sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made items
4. Return Shipping & Fees
• Local (South Africa): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the
item is defective.
• International Orders: Customers cover both return and exchange shipping costs.

clear photos (if applicable).
Wait for approval – We will provide further instructions on how to return your item.
Ship the item back – Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage.
